During registration on jeeptoto, you provide:

Deposits via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on jeeptoto follow these steps:

e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment deposits are instant. Some payments may fail if your wallet has insufficient balance or if your bank has disabled transfers to gaming platforms—check with your bank if this occurs. During Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays, wallet provider servers may be slower. No fee is charged by jeeptoto; your wallet provider may charge a small transaction fee.

Yes. jeeptoto accepts bank transfers from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment accounts.

How to deposit via bank transfer:

  1. Go to Account > Deposit and select Bank Transfer.
  2. Enter your desired amount.
  3. You receive a unique virtual account number (generated for your transaction).
  4. Transfer from your bank account to that virtual account number using online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment online banking or mobile app.
  5. Your jeeptoto balance updates within one to two hours (sometimes faster).

Bank transfers do not incur a jeeptoto fee, though your bank may charge a transfer fee. Virtual account numbers expire after 24 hours; if you miss the deadline, generate a new one. For large transfers, your bank may require additional verification—contact your bank if your transfer is delayed.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by jeeptoto, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

To request data deletion:

  1. Contact us via in-app support or email support.
  2. State clearly: "I request deletion of my personal data from jeeptoto."
  3. Provide your username and email address registered on jeeptoto.
  4. We respond within 14 business days, confirming what data can be deleted.

Note: we must retain transaction records for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering law. Identity-verification documents are retained for seven years, then deleted unless a dispute requires longer retention. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and your rights.

Game rules and features

Yes. Demo mode is available for most slot games and some live-dealer tables on jeeptoto.
